this issue features the super rare/obscure character of Krunch, which is very difficult to find in toy form

Yeah, that was a major major plot point/thing we wanted to do when we started to do the Red Dawn series ( connect the old and new RED SHADOWS )

and also show what happened to Flint while he was away and how he suddenly just appeared in Vietnam, tracking down the Red Shadows and how he sort of changed a little by the time he came back to the joe team.

among other things

I am big on Continuity as well too, dont like all the reboots, alternate realities and what not myself

Yeah, we got all those brazilian and Argentinean guys in there , plus some more back story on where Dr Knox came from and why she just SUDDENLY popped up in the RAH marvel series towards the end of its original run.

And as for Larry Hama, he scripted the panels/action of several of the pages. No text what so ever, but he had a hand in SOME of the pages

basically, THIS GUY IS DRIVING A TRUCK in this panel, the ninja guy jumps to the other truck, ect ect kind of thing

glad you got a chance to check out the yojoe.com rising sun comics section , they did a bang up job on it.

also keep an eye out on the Rising Sun Comics Section on the Forums at BFTB we have posted previews of the issues there and other things that will keep people informed as well

To answer your question:

Yes Issses 1-3 of the Argen 7 are now available to purchase

Issue 1 ( print edition ) has been released, and a preview is up

Issue 2 is being released tomorrow and a preview will be going up tomorrow

Issue 3 is available to buy as well but the preview will go up next month on the 24th
