I found a couple left overs at Toys'R'Us Kitchener yesterday afternoon. 

They have been doing a reset and there is now a decent chunk of space for Joes.  They had a bunch of DVD Battle sets, Wave 1 vehicles, what looked like a W5R1 comic pack case and a couple of left over singles.
It's was awesome to actually see G.I. Joe get treated like a "real" toy line and not just thrown in the back corner where ever it happens to fit.

I was just about to edit my post to clarify. 

I grabbed the last couple I saw on the shelves, so someone beat me to them.  They received 12, but I don't know if they put them all out already.

Got lucky today. Managed to snag a full set, as well as a BAT and Snow Serpent. Very good joe day for me.

I *love* the purple Iron Grenadier. If anyone doesn't want theirs, I'll buy/trade for them

The IG officer from the 3-pack has more of a gloss to the lower legs than the comic pack version.  Otherwise, they are basically the same.
