I have a baby on the way and my wife is do about that time but i think she will be early,so i think i should have no problem,i havent done many cons and this meet seems more like what i would get into,really looking forward to meeting some of ya.

1. Congrats!
2. Get your sleep and anything you want doenn in the next 2 years now done. I'm not kidding. You won't have a spare minute for the next 2 years. If you already have one, you know this, but with 2 or more, you're outnumbered, and have to switch to zone/shift defence.
3. If you're got a newborn coming, forget about the meet. Leaving shortly after the birth of your child for a toy meet is actually one of the accepted criteria for a divorce in any country in north america. Even if she lets you go, you'll pay for it for years. ;-)

Thank you for the offers though, and it'll be great to meet you if you do make it up.

Charles knows what he's talking about! All the customs I bring to Joe Meet 2007 were made before my son was born last summer. Heck, I still have to slap together my chapter of Joe Canuck. I've got the pics and the software, I just don't have the time. Children are great to have, I've just come to except that my free time is gone. Even when Dalton is sleeping then it's time for my wife Sheryl to take a break, so I'm on deck if he wakes up.

what color was the RIT dye y'all used to make the Black Ice figure?

my modern take on Black Ice will be there at the Meet with me along with some of my other figures... I'm concerned with not matching the integrity of the Joecanuck figure so I hope to get the dye right at least.     I have all his parts picked out so I need to make sure I get the dye and roughly-the-same paint colors are in place too.

appropriately, I won't unveil the NFC BI figure until the customs are being shown off at the Meet (hope I don't dissappoint the bad motherfker's creators).

Black?  wow, good thing I wasn't asked to guess that.  His codename notwithstanding  , I really figured maybe it was some dark gray I wasn't aware of, that maybe the stores don't normally care.
