Question about Joe Canuck
« on: March 17, 2008, 08:57:44 PM »

I have a few questions about Joe Canuck:

Is he one person, or a team or group?
I thought about making a Joe Canuck costume, would I have to ask permission to use it, and would it be okay to make one?
What is Joe Canuck's real name if he is one person, and if he is many people, who are notable Joe Canucks?

JoeCanuck is one character.
He was the first Joe Meet exclusive figure, but that figure was an "Arctic Ranger" - a legit soldier here in Canada.

The file card for the figure contained the real name of each person that attended.

In "my mind", the world of Joe Canuck - he's one person.

Let me ask you this - are you planning on dressing up as JoeCanuck and attending the Joe Meet like that? If so - you rock! :-)

I'd have NO problem with you doing that, as long as you're willing to pose for some photos with people, that would make the day an interesting and unique event in itself!

I was actually planning on going to Comic Con like that, problem is I probably won't be able to make it to the Joe Canuck meet, sorry. I will post pics though. Note: It won't be a super to every detail accurate costume though. Maybe just most of the details.
