Snowtroopers.com would be one I would recommend looking at. That's the only one I'm a member of anyway.

Plus you can see films that die hard fans created themsleves.

It depends on your interests

www.theforce.net is the really deep fansite. Probably the best place for discussions of the new TV series, the films and the EU.

www.snowtroopers.ca is Canadian and based most around the toylines.

www.rebelscum.com is pretty hardcore toywise, worldwide.
