Hi everyone, I'm looking for George and Ringo from the Spawn "Beatles Cartoon" series. Its the one's where they are wearing the blue suits. I'd be willing to pay or if someone is going to the meet on Saturday, perhaps we could trade something. It does matter if they are loose or still in the package, as I will be opening them anyway.

I sold a ton of my old heman on ebay, but I still have castle greyskull and snake mountain (both near complete); lots of weapons/shields/etc, and the horse he rode around in (stryder? or something like that). Let me know if any of this interests you. If so I can bring them to the meet.

We've obviously never met, but I offer you my best wishes. I too had to go through the hospital system for a problem with my heart, and so far *knock on wood*, everything seems to be better. I'm sure you'll be in good hands and wish you a speedy recovery...

(I know this isn't the forum for this type of thing, but I'm desperately looking for a v1 b.a.t.s. legs with the 't' hook. I have the rest of the bat, just need the legs.. pm me if anyone can help. I'll eventually post this in the wants section with the rest of my needs...just thought I'd make a quick request as these legs are my most pressing need and v1 bats seem to be a big topic in this thread...sorry bht for the wayward post)..

General Joe Talk / Army building!

I'm not huge into army building, and as I have no interest in any (save a few) joes from post-1990, my army building choices are limited and can be expensive.
I'm usually happy with 5-8 of each. My display space is limited so I find armys in this amount get the job done and give the illusion of an 'army'.
I would love to see what 30 v1 bats look like all lined up. I have 7, which I find look good standing behing dr mindbender. I also have 5 vipers and 5 cobra blueshirts with one cobra officer. A couple eels, 3 royal guards, 2 crimson guards, and a handful of random vipers round out my 'armys'. I'm mostly a 'one of' collector, but will add to these armys when the opportunity arises.
I'd like to keep typing, but the boss is telling me I have to get to work.
Maybe I'll add some more later..

Yeah, more than likely he is just charging you the fastest shipping possible. I had a seller charge me something like $12 -$15 for a V1 Roadblock on shipping. I emailed him and told him there was no way I was going to pay that kind of shipping as I had recieved many other joes from the States, and the shipping was consistantly $1.20 or $2.20 ( I forget).
If he refuses to budge off of the $15 shipping, and you can live without the item, maybe offer to pay his listing fee (if you even want to do that), and tell him to relist it. After I said this to the seller of my one joe, he came back with a $3 shipping price... I knew the actual shipping cost would still be less, but paid him the $3 nonetheless..
It worked for me, so maybe for you too....good luck...
