Wave 1 vehicles at TRU

Start checking your TRUs!  I just picked up the VAMP, HISS and RAM/TB sets (already had the Armadillo set)...they were just going on the shelf.  $21.99 at the St. Catharines TRU

Hmm. I just got mine from BBTS (nice coincidence). All things considered (exchange/duties) I paid about the same price without the headache of tracking them down (I never have any luck with finding these things at retail). It is really nice to know that we are getting them though as I will no doubt pick up one or two for my little brother should I come across them. If only we were getting the Rattler and X-30 here...

thank you thank you thank you for the heads up!

Went to Wal*Mart this morning around 9:45 am - nothing

TRU opened at 10 am and I was like a nerd speed-walking to the action figure section.  Arrived and saw a couple wave 7 figures - that blasted Wild Bill haunts me everywhere!

Then the TRU kid shows up with two giant cases of vehicles, and another guy dropped by with his trolley looking for vehicles too.  Anyways, today was a good day:

not a fan of the Armadillo or Serpentor (mostly because of how ridiculous the 25A Serpy looks on his '86 air chariot mold).

But I love Tele-Vipers!

TRU Kitchener had Vehicles in stock as well.  As of this morning it looked like everyone was there.  I Snagged a HISS Tank just for giggles.
Thanks for the heads up.

Funny, we're the exact opposite then...I think the Wave 2 Serpentor looks killer on the "new" Air Chariot (but NOT the Serpentor actually included with the set..No cape?  what were they thinking?!?)  And I don't like the 25th Tele-Viper.  Maybe I'll change my mind eventually  ;D

I'm glad these are showing up, hope everyone can get what they want!

Yeah the TV isn't accurate to his original '85 mold, but he's one more figure that fills out my class of '85 (favourite year!) in 25A sculpt.

As for Serpy and his air chariot...I dont think this looks too flattering:

The Serpentor in the vehicle set is a useless repaint of the first 25th released.   But it doesn't have that flesh tone appearance like the one Bandy shows in that picture.   I rather have that the one re-issued so far.

Ed, resistance is futile.  The minute you see the VAMP, you are getting it without any hesitation.
