Title: Help please, Want to make canadian exclusive custom!!!
Post by: joss789 on November 02, 2008, 07:00:33 PM
I need some help for making custom Canadian meet exclusive figures.  I plan to start them in the next few days.  I have almost all parts for Shiver, Black Ice and JoeCanuck.
What i need now is a head for JoeCanuck.  I don't know if Hasbro has ever make a figure with a head similar than JoeCanuck head.
My other question is about Snowbank.  What parts i need to build a custom of this figure.
If someone can answer to my questions, that would be great.

Thanks for your help.

you should really ask the creator of the figures for help and consent.

Since I've heard of too many "fakes" being sold as originals, I don't offer any help on those figures anymore. Sorry. It's kind of a slap in the face to the people that were in attendance, or have paid high amounts of money for the actual original figure.

Sorry. If you want to make one, I can't stop you, but I also won't be helping you... even if your intent is to not sell it and just keep it for yourself.

If anyone wants to help him, please PM him. Thank you.
Mike

PS - Joe Canuck's head is a one of a kind sculpt done by teh artist of all the figures. It's my hope that all future figures will have original scuplted heads not available anywhere else from now on.

We don't delete threads. You're thinking of some other boards, like LINK REMOVED.

I agree with mike that helping people to replicate the figure has resulted in a lot of bootlegging which is kind of unfair to all the people that attended - but if you're going for the spirit of the thing instead of trying to replicate it exactly, try the 90's era frostbite head with Mirage Goggles glued on.
