GI Joe vehicles:

Cobra vehicles:

I want them all!!

Have you ever make GI Joe vehicles in Lego? GI Joe size or traditional Lego size?

About 4 years ago, there was an abruptly aborted line from Hasbro called BTR ( Built to Rule) and it was, essentially, GIJOE Lego.  Same block pattern, fully compatible with Lego, AND featured figures that worked with the Joe figures at the time.
The smaller sets were so-so, but the bigger sets were quite nice.
There were two waves, the second seeing minimal distribution.
For what they were, I thought they were excellent product--a bit on the clunky side of things, but still a LOT of fun to just phutz around with.

They all look cool and very professional.  If the BTR line did classic designs like this, it would've been as popular as Star Wars Lego.

This is what they should've done with the BTR line instead of build a vehicle and plug some bricks to a figure.
