It's a local 'what's going on around town' publication(Hamilton) that is available in boxes on some street corners and in some variety stores and bars.  I will grab some extra copies to bring on Saturday for those that might be interested.  They also have a website.

You can read the article online.  Just click on COVER STORY.

This came out today:

I'll let someone more computer savvy scan the great article inside.

I'm not going to bother with the obligatory "you have a face for radio" smart-aleck comments as I'm above that and, besides, until we all get to buy our mammoth JoeCon exclusive box sets you are one of the most ruggedly-handsome fellows around!

What about Hostess Fruit Pies?

Thanks for the info.

This is a little off topic but will there be food(snacks, beverages, etc.) for sale at the JoeCon this year?  Just wanted to know how big of a lunch to pack. :shifty:

I thought I might help some of our vendor friends and start a thread where we can let people know what we are hoping to find at the vendors tables.

For me I want to see:

25th anniversary vehicle sets that missed Canada (Fang and Claw, AWE striker with Leatherneck, Sting Raider, etc...)
Walmart 12' figures and supplies, mainly the dress outfit for the Action solider (I think).
25th anniversary Target vehicles.
Resolute figures.
International figures.
Night Force.

That is a great idea.  I'll be bringing some of those things(I've got a Fang & Claw, Sting Raider and should have more before May 2) to sell and I would like to buy some 12" stuff too.

All of the police will be in those same Tim Hortons shops during the early hours.  Should be pretty quiet in downtown Hamilton on a Saturday morning.

Attended the last Joe Meet(my first).  I'll be setting up at the 'Con with some U.S Joe items, Star Wars, Superheroes, Wrestling, and other bits and pieces.  I'll be on the lookout for 12" Joe items(mostly 'anniversary' releases as I may be able to afford them...

Off Topic / Re: Marvel 3 3/4" figures now at Walmart. Also DC figs.

The way Hasbro churns out figures, I wouldn't expect that the Wolverine figures will count as part of the 70.  I can imagine that the likes or Deadpool(sweet figure!) and Gambit could be re-released down the road as part of this series.  Seems like a Hasbro sort of thing to do.

Picked up a Bullseye in Michigan yesterday.  Passed on the variant Torch, though it is much nicer than the regular one.
