I have a spot on one of my shelves that specifically needs a jet pack trooper to be complete. I considered splitting a JUMP two-pack with someone and just keep the Starduster, a character I don't own a figure of yet. But over twenty dollars for a single figure with a bland paint scheme? I probably wouldn't even use the fire stream that's likely why the set is extra expensive. Too bad, everything about the figure would have worked except the price.

Why not customize?

Pick up an old jetpack, and the firestream from Boba Fett - that's where it came from in the first place. ;-)

I enjoy the challenge of customizing, but for the most part I prefer my figures on display be authentic.

Then do a good job of the customizing...

To be honest, Starduster is somewhat cool unremarkable. Downtown with Tundra stalker arms. They've painted his hair so he looks like Moe from the three stooges.

The grand slam is pretty freakin awesome, and a good use of the CP Fred head.

Also, the Jump is made out of plastic that's so easily broken, you get stress marks just from putting it on his arm. I expect at least one of the two guns got broken in transit.

Something to keep in mind.

All of the recent MC vehicles have that cheap plastic feel.
