How many Joes (up to and incl 94) had removable visors?  Swivel/Straight-arm only count once....

Q: Which Joe and which Cobra were the first variant figures?  What were the variants?  I do not mean SA/SW.

Tripwire, he had different rank markings on his arms.
Cobra Commander, he had the 'Mickey Mouse' Cobra logo.

The cobra one was right.  I was thinking of an earlier joe with more of an accessory variant.

Short Fuze can be found with one of two different mortars too, I think.

What one for the Gijoes were you thinking of. The 82 Stalker has camo variation. 82 Zap 3 different bazookas, and 83 Duke has 2 different helmets, one with holes one without.
