I actually like that Night Force Recondo. I always thought that original Tiger Force Recondo was a little different and felt a bit odd from the rest of the team mates. This is a good use you found for him.
The troops are pretty cool, but one nitpicking detail: I think your Roadblock' orange brown backpack is a slightly off with the rest of the team. If you give him the accessories pack backpack instead, I think the pack will match the straps on his torso a little more and it'll look much better.
