So...

What does everyone think of putting together a joe meet in March or April?

April, so the snow can melt off the roads.

Also, not on April the first. I got plans already.

Try not to have it on any religious holidays in 2006.

I was going to start this after my Sale next week.

WAY too much going on right now.

One thing is for sure this time.

Religious holidays, weddings, birthdays, trips or any other plans won't matter this year.

I want to pick a date this time and just LEAVE IT as that date.

I'm hovering around March 18, or April 8th.

Talk among yourselves.

I'd like to see at least 30 - 50 people at it this year - so get your fellow Canucks interested guys!

I know of at least 7 other 'local-ish' collectors that don't come here or the meet........ no clue why.

April 9th crosses Spring break, so that's always my vote.

What does the Montreal Branch say to getting together and organizing a group trip?

Awww screw it.

April 9th it is. - ASSUMING the hall is free to book.
I'll check sometime in the near future.... don't believe me? Go into the far future and check! (While you're there - see if the hall is available!)

Hmmmm, once  a date and location is set, I should start planning on ways to get there. Living out in the middle of nowhere without a drivers license and car is a pain.

Heck all you Montreal folks should group in and pay for a rental of a mini-van.

You could splilt a hotel room as well - I hear Scramble likes to snuggle.

I'm sure I'll still be around (in Canada) during that time.  April 9th sounds good to me.

Not only do I like to snuggle, but I give off heat like a furnace. Anyone that gets sweaty in flannel PJs, I am the solution to your problem.
