That's easy.  Three letters - ROC.  Granted, they were over ordered and overproduced, but you can bet TRU is a little gun shy - partly the reason figs are retailing for $8 Cdn these days.

I noticed at tru yesterday, that they have increased the price on joes to 7.99 (were 6.99).  Even the remaining roc scanned at 7.99.
