We can also add "Shipwreck without anchor on belt buckle" to the list.

Any idea what the case breakdowns are and how much you'll be selling the sets for?

are these o nthe american cards? and also will you be selling sets of the waves at the meet or just the cases and single packed figures?

You can probably tell by looking at the "stamp" on the back of the card.  The five digit number.  I personally can't tell you exactly when they started shipping with backpack holes but I assume they started with the Wave 3 revision cases.  They will also have thicker card backs in most cases.

See thats what I was thinking, that there must be some way such as digit numbers or other tell tale signs on the packageing or maybe front of the figure somehow.

Wow GREAT job Pete The Greek. Hasbro sure loves the variants lol

And no way to tell about the backpack hole/no back pack hole without opening the figures I take it?

Surprising your not digging the Firefly/Stormshadow 2 pack. For me It's the Duke /Red Star one that I think is the weakest. Best one is def the Shipwreck/Copperhead one though :)

Any and all as I think it would really make sense not only to keep all vareints to one thread but to help if anyone is buying off ebay as I've seen and heard of varients from everything like buzzer having a gotee to cobra commander having a holster on a different leg.

So I'll start...

Snake Eyes (wave 1) white timber
Snake Eyes (wave 1) black timber

I live in Oshawa which is about an hour ( east ?) by train from Toronto.

I found this site late last night through yojoe.com which posted a link to the Joe meet. I'm hopeing I can make it (shouldn't be  a problem schdual wise).

It was funny because just before I went on yojoe I was looking at the american joe cons thinking "man, I wish canada had a joe convention."

Basically this is where we list all the confirmed varients that are out there for the G.I. Joe RAH 25th Anniversary figures. This will help a lot of us collectors with what exactly is, FOR SURE, out there.

I'm K.B. 25, and I am new to the joe club here. I, of course, grew up in the 80's with the real american hero line and comics/cartoon. While I have followed the recent joe stuff since it's resugence a few years ago, I wasn't overly impressed until I saw the new 25th anniversary figures.

I came across this site and after a few days of looking around, I decided to enlist (lol sorry had to do that joke)

Sadly over the years my subsantial joe collection from my childhood has dwindled away to just about nothing but with the new 25th anniversarry figures my passion for collecting the joes has been renewd.

At present time they aren't available at retail places here in Canada (the place I call home) but luckily comic shops around my area do carry them and for christmas (which is also my birthday) my parents bought me Shipwreck and Beachead (2 of my (many) favorite Joes as a kid). Since then I have been able to add Destro and Stormshadow (both vave 4) to my collection.

Hopefully this site helps me to meet others who love the joe franchise and enjoy talking about it and I look forward to getting to know all of you.

YO JOE!!!

p.s. The Snake Eyes ICONS bust was also under my tree this year
