figure 2 packs are $3 ( the ones with tunnel rat, bat v3.2, lady jaye, iron grenadiers, kamkura, etc)
i picked up some hiss IV tanks for $10 a piece
they have the desert jeep with dusty, a couple different copters, the humvee, plus a whole lot more....micromachines gi joe, etc... all in the $10 to $20 range...
they have the snakeeyes/stormshadow 12" set for $14 plus a whole range of other 12" figs. (gung ho, etc).
definately worth checking out if you're interested in this series, and the prices seem really good too... Miko is a seasonal store open for christmas, and they just opened, so they do have a lot of stock in and tonnes more than i've mentioned (stikfas, batman, starwars AOTC, spiderman)

i too went in to by some grenadiers for someone who asked me to and noticed a lot had been taken since the day before ( pete the greek perhaps?
) but i managed to find some left behind...my best advice is to ask the person working the aisle to grab you some from the back if you've made the trip and find there aren't any you came for.. if its not too busy most will do what you request...
and if you're in toronto, you can look up Samko Toys, which is the parent company and they have the exact same stock...

How many are you looking for as I did see them. The Night Creeper is such an ugly constructed figure. So I passed on those packs (considering I bought 38 IG figures, 15 Bats and 16 Coil figures in the end). I also passed on the Sand Vipers and Cobra Claw Commander packs. Freaking gorilla arms.
Samko is in a bad part of Toronto. Dufferin and Queen. Good luck finding parking in that area.

What colour was the repaint? Brown. I saw that up in Richmond Hill. I don't know the address for the Richmond Hill as it's just up the road on East Beaver Creek from where I work.

I am not kidding. The pickings have gotten slim for army builders and honestly this isn't a surprise. They won't restock unless some of the guys on the shelves have been moved. They don't like empty spaces on the shelves and thus will restock when needed. So the Scapel, Destro, Big Brawler etc packs are starting to collect dust. I have grabbed most of the army builders I wanted from Richmond Hill. Some will be used for trade bait like the Bats. Plus I have gone there during the last 3 days to pick up items for Redmao and Custo. Not my fault the place is 30 seconds away from work and I can take advantage of it. This is why I don't mind picking up items for guys as I am right there. If you do go there, ask a guy that works in there to bring out a fresh case of 2 packs. I won't do that as I have gotten enough packs.
Peter if you looking for something, LMK. I don't think it's worth the drive unless your after other toys (besides GI JOE) like Star Wars, Transformers, Barbies etc. Everything is cheap in there.

You posted a list but it didn't state how many of the items you wanted. I mentioned this earlier in the thread that I can't take back items as there are no refunds. If I buy too many, I get screwed. Custo and Redmao PM with their want lists. That gave me a better idea whether they were serious or not and how many items they wanted. This is the way I decided to go from here.
