Any news if wave 7 of Gi Joe will hit canadian shores? It's slowly poping here and there on the net and in some stores in the U.S.

General Joe Talk / My wave 4 Snake Eyes can now hold weapons...

VvV wave four brought us back a black outfitted Snake Eyes with a nice bike. A major flaw of the figure was that its hands were to rubbery to hold anything since the time passed on its bike in the package widened its hands.
I was here at my computer and I stared at the figure and wondered hwat could I do to allow him to hold a sword, a gun..even a q tip... than it hit me, since the hands are the problems, change them! What pair of hands could I use without spoiling a perfectly good figure than i saw the light...nunchuck action Duke!! I carefully switched the characters hands using a sharp blade and some glu and BINGO SE can hold weapon, woohoo!!

Quebec / Collector two packs, JvC and Spytroops at Legends!!!

hey guys! Legends got a whole bunch of collector two packs, JvC and some spytroops. They have like 50 packs. They have many troop builder in stores including the green viper and black viper packs!!! IG, neo viper, sand viper, you name it!!!!
They only have one exemple of each though so hurry up!! I was lucky to be there when they opened the cases mwahaha but I left all the troops for your building pleasure!

Hey folks!
I saw a special screening of the movie Elektra yesterday.
First of all, I want to make something clear: the preview does show much of the action scenes, yup you read right. This movie about the veloptuous assassin in red is more about her personal feelings towards the world than an actual action flick.
I won't resume the movie since the scenario might easily be found on the net (probably). Most of the movie involves flashback of Elektra's childhood and her relation with a teenage girl who happens to be exactly like her (oh boy...)
The preview showed us some pretty cool effects and a bunch of super villains ....the tatoo guy whose tattoos come out of his body to make animal spy, the kinky witch who she decay everything she touches (or kiss) The huge indestructible black dude (indestructible my ass) a skinny dude who does almost nothing and the samurai kinda guy in white. All those nasty characters depicted as super forces of nature last about a minute of action each, some less than that.
The action scenes were pretty expeditive and short....kinda deceiving.
The good of the movie

I got mine yesterday... Being a fan of the Hiss tank, I found this set very cool. Sure equipping the CG with shotgun is stupid but hey its a small detail compare to the possibilities of such a set. I recommend it to all joe fans.

hey for the 12 inch collectors among you, Legends have the Single Mademoiselle Marie doll and the action soldier and action sailor Crew cut figures from Dream and Vision. They also have the unknown soldier figure.

Off Topic / Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake eater

I've been a fan of the serie since the beginning, that includes the first one that came out on the old nes in the eighties.
This new installment takes the cake! I'm not very far in the game yet, but I honestly can say that it R O C K S :thumbsup:
You have to adapt you camo and face paint to your surrounding. As you go further into the game you discover more uniforms and paints, some paint are very cool.
You yhave to survive and hunt to keep fit, I recommend the big snakes, yummy Snake likes em a lot, but he hates mushrooms
The story is great and the intro movie is really like a James Bond intro with the snakes crossing the screen and the cool song, Snake eater.
Every joe and video game fan will enjoy this game

Quebec / Single packs at Legends

Its a bit late to post this, but Legends still has a few single packs in store. I went there thursday and they still had Duke, Tunnel Rat, Cross Hair, Stalker and a blue Neo Viper. They are $4.99 each.

Quebec / Sky sweeper jet and Jungle Strike Humvee...

Have also made it in Quebec. I was at TRU anjou last night and I picked up the Jet. I haven't bought a vehicule in ages but man its a really cool toy. Yesterday they had about 4 humvee and three jets and both are $19.99 can each which is really cool.
