Title: Black Ice Comparison Heads

In the "What's on Joe Mind? : Canadian Joe Con 2012" Podcast, I make a mention that we originally had another head offered to us for use with Black Ice.

We... More specifically, I didn't like it, not at all. It wasn't "Mean" enough... I wanted a new head. One that said "I'm going to kick your teeth down your throat, then reach down there, grab them, and make a keychain out of them!".

Jason Loo took that, drew up some profile pics, and I sent them in - awaiting my new "kickass" Black Ice head.

Well, here's that original head, with the new "kickass" head for comparison.

I like this kind of information. It's always fun to know. The "before" head looks non dangerous at all!

The new Black Ice is one of my favorite figures.  Period.  He is proudly on display in my curio with all my 25th, RoC, PoC and other Canadian sets.  He is just so evil looking. 

If you really think about it, most factory Cobras are not that evil looking.  Truth.

Well it looks like a Sludge or a Sub-Viper head to me for sure..

I'm glad you didn't settle for the first and made those modifications. The first one looks cartoony like...agree like clone wars, the one you chose is most def joe indeed!

Wow.

I personally love the Rise of Cobra army builder body... but I never thought I'd see the day someone'd say that about a figure that uses said body.  ;D

Just goes to show you just how well you guys put that body to use for Black Ice.
And yeah, that revised head? Just an astonishing piece of awesome. Kudos.
