Here's something most of you don't know about as it's of a personal nature. Last year, just after I started the physical work on the 2011 CJC set my father was diagnosed with colon cancer. Around January he had 18 inches of his colon removed. A few months later they came back and said "oops, we should have called you sooner, you still have some cancer and now it's outside you colon". Around the end of winter, early spring he started a 6 month treatment of chemo therapy. On top of this there was a shopping list of possible complications due to his age (he's now 80), his pace maker, blood thinners, and anything else that made the surgery in January high risk. That and since chemo therapy weakens your immune system we had to stay away if we had hint of a cold.
I have been carrying this stress for almost a year. I'm not kidding when I say that every night when I went to bed I was thinking about all the "What if..." stuff.
I am thrilled to say that as of about 10:00 am today my father is cancer free.
