I was at Phoenix Comicon last weekend, saw a damaged comic-pack#2 for $12. Kicking myself for not buying it as an opener pack (I've already got a sealed one in much better shape).

At Calgary Expo yesterday, a new mom asked Wil Wheaton to give a message to her daughter about why being a nerd is awesome.

His response is beautiful, elegant, and unleashed an army of onion-cutting Arashikage ninjas upon the room (there wasn’t a dry eye in the house).

Found a unit which required some TLC at one of the Chinook and Hobby stores in Calgary.

It needs some work, but with a bit of help from the Mike, and others, I'll have it back up and running.

Last year had both Hama and Trempe, but this year does not look quite as Joe rich for guests. However, there's usually a good amount of Joe gear in the exhibitor's hall.

Items Wanted / Marvel 155

I was at the Calgary Comic Expo today, and got some comics signed by Larry Hama.

I posted such on Facebook, and a friend replied that she is searching for a copy of Marvel ARAH #155 for her husband.

I'll send her to the sponsor sites first, but any ideas where I can send her after that (besides ebay)?
