Hey,

just looking for some advice, I'm coming closer and closer to "finishing" my GI joe collection, but I'm still in need of a Snakes eyes from 82/83. I don't really care about the whole straight arm vs swivel, just need one each character.

Whats a fair price to pay for a 83 v1.5 Snakes eyes?

Found someone willing to sell one to me for $25, but its just the figure, I'm really not worried about the accessories, as I'm pretty sure I have them already.

In your opinion is that a good price or should I wait and see if I can get a better deal somewhere else?

I paid 50$ for a minty one at the 2010 US Convention (the packaging was in really bad shape but it was a great opener) but for me a fair price would be between 35-50 for a complete SE v1.5..

It is very hit and miss this one, I have seen them go for $37 down to $10 (I've Been studying the currency difference to help me understand better) I would say $18 is more like it.

Let me put it this way.... if you turn down this one for $25.00 (Canadian, I assume?), then pass them on to me. I'll buy him for $25.00.

Another country where they are more widely available I have maybe 10 of them I've not paid anymore than£8 or $12.62 Canadian.

No more than $25. But $25 is reasonable and you don't have to waste time hunting anymore.
If you aren't paying shipping, even better.

thanks for the replies, and yes it would be $25 Canadian and include local pick up... but it just the loose figure, no accessories or card back.

I paid 11 Euro's for him complete without card ....one of the few Pro's of living in holland where Gi joe is not populair

"Pro's" as in "problems" I take? Are you referring to the price you pay for a figure or to the fact that it's hard to get a figure with the Filecard in Holland?

No , Pro's as in the oppesite of Cons , due to Gi joe not being sold at regular retail here and not really being in demand .. vintage stuff is kinda cheap
