Just a fun topic to see what you guys think.
Not sure if this was ever in any comic, I think transformers had one of those scenarios. 
But what if Cobra were the good guys and GI Joe were the bad guys? 

How do you think the big characters personalities and style change?  Or would many keep their quirks and personalities?  Scarlett and SE as a Ruthless and brutal assassins?  Cobra Commander as crafty, noble, charismatic, dedicated leader?  Destro as the no nonsense noble field commander?  Duke as an ends justifies the means commander?  Doc seemingly an every day family doctor by day, evil scientist experimenting on humans by night?  All the Viper Corps are noble soldiers while the Green Shirts are now the elite military trained minions of the Evil General Hawk?

Lets hear what ideas you guys have!

Cobra would still be Cobra in a way.

It could be a very pessimistic series as the Counter Revolutionnary Cobra rebellion would try to overthrow the ruthless government thru mastermind plans and Gi Joe would be the propaganda driven champion of a corrupt system that would be the only one standing in its way. Cobra would be keep losing as usual but there would always be a PSA at the end with a Cobra telling kids that's it worth fighting for a good cause now matter how many times you may be defeated, because if you fall off the horse would only be to get back on the saddle.

I thought Cobra were the Good Guys....     The Personalites of the Joes have to change because thier Do-Good attitude would be a fail...

Well that would spell doom for mankind because i can't recall cobra ever accomplishing anything whatsoever

Storm Shadow would be bound by an incredible sense of honor and justice, punishing evil from the shadows.

I think the Dreadnoks would be clean shaven, wear ties and drink Evian water and eat sesame seed crackers while riding around on Segways.

Tomax and Xamot on the other hand would look like Rupert from Survivor, complete with tie dye shirts and gristly beard and be involved in all sorts or charities for orphans.
