Title: Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet

I know i'm once again looking for non-joe related items, but this community is so well connected, i thought i'd try my luck again...i'm looking for the optimus prime voice changer helmet for my son for christmas...i can only find the bumblebee one at stores, but was wondering if anyone had one or knew where to get one locally...ebay would kill me on the shipping ($25 plus duty!)  if anyone has any ideas, please let me know and thanks!

If you are referring to the Transformers 1st movie, and the Octimus Prime with the 3 sayings, and your own voice, trying to sound like
Prime, then I have one.
