So far it sounds like a tie between Storm Shadow and Alley Viper (both first versions). I can respect that.

My second favorite, don't know really off the top of my head. Just know I've always placed Alley Viper in the front middle of my display shelves. Headhunters are cool, so are Vipers as well as Storm Shadow.

I think a good question is who's your favorite Cobra Character. Doesn't have to be the mold but the character from the comics or cartoon. For characters I'd say Major Bludd. He never got sucked into the whole "Hey ninja's are cool, lets make him a ninja now" like they did to Firefly, Snake Eyes, Flint and Road Pig (!?!).

I'd also say the character I've made the most customs of is again Major Bludd.

After mulling about this for a little while I could only narrow it down to a handful of my faves.  I also found I have alot of fondness for the figures I had when I was a kid; I missed out on alot of the earlier classic figs so my selections are from what I played with.  In no order -

Alley Viper V1 - even tho the colors are whacked for his specialty I felt it was an awesome sculpt with kickass accessories.
IG Destro - Sure its not his iconic outfit but I always thought he looked more imposing in this form. 
Techno-Viper - I've only ever had one but he was tons of fun to play with; all those repair tools made for some nice interrogation tools while playing too

Of course, I still love the original Firefly & CG as well - they just came into my collection later on.

Stormshadow v1 (as before, sick weapons and backpack)
Firefly v1 (even the figure exuded mystery!)
Destro v1 (cause I never had him when I was little - always jealous of my friend's!)
Ice Viper (I'm a sucker for ninja type gear - those Sais rocked!)

figure: '84 Scrap-Iron.  amazing accessories!  2nd: '84 Firefly...again, awesome accessories and sculpt.

character: '84 Storm-Shadow.  maybe ninjas became overhyped later on, but back in 1984 SS was THE COOLEST bad guy!  I mention the year because once he officially became a joe he was less cool.  2nd:  Destro.  I always liked how he wasn't "really" a Cobra but was closely involved because of the weapon sales and research potential of working with/for the organization.
