Funny...exactly my thoughts when you joined here Mart  ::) Just kiddin'  :wink:

The stadium...good idea. It's what got this city into a big debt for almost 30 years. Might as well cash in on it  :lol:

Does the City of Montreal still use the Olympic Stadium?

Not in my opinion. The Stadium was the dream come true of a french (from France) architect that was given the green light to provide Montreal with a wonderful masterpiece, that would've looked even greater in Lille or the outskirts of Paris. But he's not the only one to blame. Even the biodome can't keep up with getting more visitors all year long...  Let's face the facts: it was supposed to be an olympic village with potential olympic equipement: it failed on a longterm scale, except for the olympic pool, what a shame. And the building always has problems and raises big discussions on structure. Therefore if the Joe Meet's held there, I have better things to do than die!  :lol:
