General Joe Talk / Re: SDCC 2017 Cobra Missile Command exclusive.

To me this is about 7 years too late. While incredibly cool this to me is a 25th anniversary issue thing. Would have liked to see more molded plastic that can hold up to long time abuse. Display is nice but I also want play-ability. Is anyone getting this? I also thought someone in the fan community made their own version?

Does this come in a digital copy?

Well for me it really was about the vehicles. How can you do a future force when the vehicles are standard molds we've seen?! they totally missed the whole point of it being a "future" force in my opinion. Now that being said they did a decent job with what was available, but to me they probably shouldn't have done it in the first place. If you only cared about the figures then I guess they did alright. Just my 2 cents

That is awesome. I love you guys who can devout time to this. This is exactly what I've thought about doing for the past 10 years, I just can't find the time anymore. Still this is exactly what keeps me interested in this line. The fans passion. Keep it up.

It really is about the vehicles in my opinion, however the vector was really the only thing i liked.
I still love the idea of building a base from other vehicles. Just needs to actually be done decent.
Honestly I don't know if i could do better but the original just seemed underwhelming. I actually didn't complete this set but my cousin did and it was just "meh"
I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Battle Force 2000. Love the original concept but maybe the execution could have been better.
Really have no thoughts on this set so far.

I haven't seen too much movement here lately and with the lack of Joe available I don't expect an upswing. I am still checking here though!

I just wanted to shout a out an early merry Christmas to everyone! Have a safe and wonderful time with family and friends.

Hope 2017 brings something to get me hunting again (toy hunting that is)....I've never been real hunting...except or the ladies....and that was before I met my wife..... ;) ... now I'm just rambling... oh look blizzard in the forcast for Christmas and Boxing day! Joy!!

Later  :)

i also miss that thrill of the hunt but it is what it is. I still prefer hunting over ordering on-line or subscription figures and con sets are just way to freakin' expensive. What I don't miss is the scrambling to try and find figures before someone snaps them all just to resell online.
