It is what you'd expect it to be.
Lotsa explosions, a few neat action sequences.
But terrible, terrible dialogue. Just an atrocious script. One or two references to old movies or roles would be acceptable but this was hokey. I've never been disappointed by Bruce Willis, but even he couldn't deliver these lines with any sense of coolness.
My only other complaint was that there was not enough Jet Li. He's the only one who can even move anymore. Without him and Jason Statham this would be like an action version of "Weekend at Bernies". Just a bunch of guys propped up to look like they're still breathing.
