I really like it. It reminds me of a modern take on the fatigues he wore in his first comic appearance.

Thanks, man! I've been busy with work and writing assignments, so I haven't had a Collection Connection in a few episodes, but I have several more in mind for the future.

Nice. I like how full it looks without looking crowded. Really impressive display, sir.

Anyone with a few hours to kill, I guest hosted the Talk Without Rhythm GI Joe Special. We talk Retaliation, and basically go through my understanding of the history of GI Joe.

Anyone looking for KRE-O, I saw a few sets at TRU Pointe-Claire this week. None of the blind bagged mini figs, but some of the vehicles and playsets. Considered getting the HISS/Flint set. Didn't, but still considering.

I've been debating putting $100 down on a vintage Tomahawk for a few years now. That new Tomahawk looks amazing. Guess I just saved $50.

I think this will appeal to casual or nostalgic fans of GI Joe, which is something the first movie had a lot of trouble with.

The great thing about Psyche-Out is that there's only one Psyche-Out. So many other specialties are doubled-up. But psychological warfare?

He'll &#%@ with your mind, bro.

Psyche-Out was a great character for exposition in the Marvel comics, so he got more panel appearances and lasted later into the series than most 87 Joes. IDW used him really well in the GI Joe Infestation storyline, until they killed him off cause IDW.

I want to like Mindbender, but the style and scale of the parts really clashes. I love the idea that he wears a monocle under his goggles, though. Zap is pretty straightforward, but he works for me. I think Budo is the most successful of the bunch. He takes a mix of colours from his v1 figure and Ninja Commando Flint.

Even still, I would say these are cancelled figures that aren't missed.

Don't do it, Gizmo! They don't have your best interest in mind!
