Should we need any vehicles from the store for the dio-story, that's easy enough.

Well then, our Dio should take place on the USS Flagg. In fact, it should involve Keel Haul driving the Flagg into the side of a Terrordrome.

I should make a rule that all mods MUST attend or they lose 'Mod Status'.!

Excellent, now I have an excuse to tell the GF.

No one gets paid..... not even me

I meant anyone that hopes to bride me to, y'know, let a thing or two get past my radar, a couple ARAHs would be fine.

General Joe Talk / Dreadnok Rampage - more updates

The Dreadheads come in sets? When I saw the two guys in gray I thought they'd all be grey except the leader in red. Two of each takes away from the overall affect. It makes the leader stand out less, and there's less of a team feel. If they were all in their own colours, or all the same save for the leader, that'd make more sense.

Still a cool set, but some poor choices have been made, especially giving them stupid names.

That's damn right. I'm the new Mod for Quebec. So don't you do any of that harrassing each other crap that the other regional Mods allow. I'll have none a that. And I expect every post to be bilingual, with French featured first, and at least twice the size of the English font.

I also expect to be paid off in ARAH Joes only. If you try to JvC me, so help me God...

Speaking purely from my point of view, there are Pros and Cons to September:

Pros:
- I could theoretically attend Zedcon 2, which is looking like it'll be in August.
- I'll be back in work six days a week in September instead of two, meaning I can spend a bit more money on this kind of thing.
- Weather will be cooling down, so if I have to spend 3-9 am walking the streets of Toronto again, it will be more bearable.

Cons:
- If I'm working six days a week, it means I'm taking time off work.

I can't think of any more cons... Pros kicks Cons ass. I vote yes to September.

And by Pete the Greek, you mean your illegitimate son!

I've suspected this for a long time now... Wins the MOC HEAT Viper, gets to be a mod, now he wins Flint. Every adds up but the math.

Mike,

Might I be the guy you had in mind for Quebec? I can keep track of those crazy french swear words that you guys don't know about.

Wait, what am I saying; if you guys know any French at all, it's the swear words.

Hey, we talking about a second get together this year? That would be cool. If it was around the Toronto comic con, it might attract some more Joe fans.

I like Raptor's thinking; that there be a more active theme for the con. Trading and chatting was a blast, especially for me since I was meeting everyone for the first time, but putting together a Team Canada custom project and then working out a little dio would be a blast. Unless there are too many type-A personalities and the whole thing ends in a big fight...

Mike,

That sucks! Other than some insurance money, are you not getting compensated on your losses? And who is this guy that can amass $130 grand in debt that needs to steal Joes? Lame, man. Lame.

If that's the case, cool enough. But I would have still rathered Crusher have a more original personality. What little isn't the same as Gnawgahyde is still rehashed and clich?d.

While I was surprised there was such negative feedback at Joecustoms,
I agree about Crusher. We've seen enough former pro wrestlers, and he is virtually identical to Gnawgahyde, except his pants don't go with his shirt. If he'd had a plain vest, and no boar, I'd really like him. As he is, he's the right head on the wrong body.

I do like Mutt and Zarana, though. I'm a big fan of that Mutt mold and don't understand why so many people hate it. I also think those colours work well for it. Zarana's shirt is a rare instance where purple is logically used on a Joe.

I'm indifferent towards Beachhead. That mold has seen it's day. On top of that, by matching his colour scheme with Mutt's exactly, I don't feel right putting them together with the rest of Tiger Force. They'll always stand out as the oddballs that dress alike, and it's tough to look like an oddball when everyone around you is dressed in and driving something tiger-themed.

Oh, and damn G1 Trekker! Damn him!
