http://i.toynewsi.com/g/?mode=album&alb ... Joe%2F25th (http://i.toynewsi.com/g/?mode=album&album=07_SDCC%2FHasbro%2FGIJoe%2F25th)

uncolored protos of Shipwreck, Firefly, Stalker, Red Ninja, and Zartan.

production-esque protos of Lady Jaye, Serpentor, Buzzer, Cobra Trooper (Viper pilot silver!), and Beach-Head.

Cobra 5-pack II - VvV-style SS, black/silver VvV-style CC, Stinger Driver, comic pack colored Cobra Trooper, and the Cobra Airtrooper (looks like the comic #44 guys... with JUMP pack)!

aaaand a bunch of "customs" by Hasbro *not availible* ...  riiiight, I bet it's a "preview" at least on some of those characters...   :-X

the  "customs" are a good way to gauge  responses from the  crowds attending.    Th e only custom that  I really didn't like was the SGt SLaughter one..    Yes.. I did like the Raptor  one :shifty:

I'd buy them all, but I'm a Joe whore. Aside from that, Range Viper "custom" was to thin and what's with the flame decos on Buzzers chain saw. In fact, the card art on Buzzer looked like it might have been re-drawn.

Xhairs review of the figs. by the looks
Buzzer: Awesome Dreadnok badness. he has every thing that makes him buzzer

Lady Jaye: looks good to the card art. chop that hat off add hair and there you go.

Serpentor: not bad. he combines V1 & DD look.

Beachhead: Outstanding. just to cool now thats how BH should look no punkin head. great gear and the cross bow was an awsome touch. im realy digging this one

Cobra Soldier: man hes going to be hard to find can you say army bulider

Stalker: just what he should be . he uses SE body and the head sculpt looks great from what i can tell

Zartan: Wow. now hes just bad to the bone everything works on him. i wish they had painted pics. to see if they gave him the color changing skin tone.

Red Ninja: Storm Shadow repaint no real surprises here.

Firefly: just uses all of BHs mold but he does come with some great gear from what i can tell. now lets hope the paint sceam is V1

Shipwreck: great looking fig but why the fist i hate that as it loses the ablity to hold his shot gun. but thats what he should look like. and we finaly got a new poly

Cobra repaint 5-pack: nice set love the jump trooper (can we see a grand slam or start duster)

Hasbro customs: wow hasbro should leave that up to us lol. all thou this is good why to make us drool and keep us guessing on future product at the same time

Look at this pic

Unpainted resin of Lady Jaye has a normal waist.  The final version has a diaper.  So what gives here?  Duh, lets put on diapers instead so they can be Star Wars figures.  ::)

Perhaps the crotch broke in testing, and they had to toughen it up?  :-

I love the customs. I get the feeling that they are testing what can be done with the molds with little or no tooling. Also trying to sell extra figures to the customizers by showing them how versatile the new body types could be.

I loved the Raptor custom, it really felt like they had done it just for me. ;-)

Buzzers chainsaw looked at first to me like it was covered in blood. I loved the new "army builder" pack, and the fact that they redid the jump pack - we'll likely see it with a grand slam in the near future.

The rest of the crop looked pretty good except for Popeye and Lady Jaye. But even for them, I'l wait till I se them in retail.

so...
everything looks very nice and now that most of the figures have been shown in color, I'm really looking forward to these figures.
That red ninja is very comic accurate, I love it!

Any chance on seeing more stuff or is this it? (Ok Its already plenty, I'm just asking).

That new Indiana Jones line looks damn good too!
