Those are pretty cool, but why is Storm Shadow and Wild Weasel in the Joe section, and Crazylegs is in the Cobra section?

No idea about Weasel, but Storm Shadow's figures were affiliated with the Joes between 1988 and 1997, so of course he'll be shown on the Joe roster.

You're right about Storm Shadow but shouldn't he be adressed as Tommy Arashikage?

Not really. They still called him Storm Shadow when he was with the Joes.
