From my research, the Covergirl filecard pic only appears on the 1984 32 back version of the Canadian Scarlett (I've seen 11 backs and 20 backs, but they have the normal Scarlett pic).

So my question was... are they all bilingual? So the answer is yes. Even for Spirit (Shaman) and Scarlett (Cover girl) both filecards are bilingual.

They are different from the US because:
1- They are bilingual
2-  :hasbro:
(if sleeping was important, people would know about it...)

Here's another variant: the Cobra Officer starts off with a silver emblem (1982 & 1983 cards) then gets changed to a red emblem in 1984 (despite the front card art remaining the same) and finally gets changed back to silver for the 1986 mail-away!
