First are the new members of Steel Brigade.  Still havent figured out names for the new guys.  WIPs:

Group Shot:

Pilot/Driver character.  Every team needs a designated pilot:

Luke E:
Just switched out his torso with GungHo so that his blue vest stands out, making him the DeFacto leader

Martial artist dude:

The Plague Troopers extended roster:

For these guys I switched out 1 or both of their hands with microman hands to give them much better range of motion.

Grim Skull, with launcher and strap, and missile pack:

Last but not least, my favourite Plague Trooper, Maul:

Just put on a Darth Maul head on the Trooper body, the new hands definitely make this guy look more menacing.
Psycho killers are always fun  :P

His sword pack came with one of the more recent Snake-Eyes figures, and featured a great sculpt of a dragon on it.  This sucker took me hours to paint in that detail and was frustrating as heck but the end result was worth it I think.

SIGMA6 Vehicles for 3 3/4 figures:

Just a bunch of mods which make these fantastic vehicles useable by RAH and Modern Joe figures.

First up is the firebat.  All I did was cut out the foot rests so that a figure can fit all the way in.  As most of you know only new figs as small as The Baroness fit in there well, but I think most of the older RAH Joes will fit in snugly.
Also added a front mounted cannon on the front for added firepower:

Dune Runner Redux:

I cut out all the extra plastic in the buggies hull so that a figure's legs can squeeze in.  Also made the doors swivel up and down for ease of access for figures.

For modern figures, figures as big as bombstrike or smaller fit in very well.  but don't expect Barrage to fit comfortably.  RAH figures are generally Bombstrike's size, so they will fit in much better than the modern crew.

Also added the bazooka from the Night hummer and the gatling gun from the sigma 6 boat on the other for added firepower.  also mounted the two heavy machine guns from the night force hummer on the front of these buggies, so they definitely pack a punch in such a small size

Night Vamp conversion:

I had to cut out the seats that were screwed onto the car's body, than dremel down the height so that figures could get good head clearance.  If you notice the seats on my Vamps sit much lower than they do out of the box.  I had to sound it down so much that only a thin piece of the seat was left, then glued it back down.

These are impressive little vehicles with firepower to spare.

Dang, you're a busy bee. I like all your effort though.  ;D

I only have one question. Why didnt you use the red Plauge parts for Maul? I think the yellow is a little much.
