It shouldn't be news to most but the Canadian dollar continues to drop as our economy is tied to the oil sands.  Sigh.   

So has your online buying from the States slowed down?  It has for me.  I don't even bother with ebay anymore, mostly due to the paypal currency conversion and that stupid global shipping offered by some sellers.  So it's kind of a good thing that GI JOE has slowed down. 

I don't think I will be having vacation in Florida in 2016 either, not with those exchange rates.

Finally. I found the rest of the guys I needed for Defensor at the TRU in Newmarket.  Also saw the newer ones like Prowl there as well. About time TRU restocked.

A lot of these spammers have .ru (Russian) emails.  Makes it a lot easier to ban and delete these accounts.

I finally decided to take a look at the members that have signed up here in the past.  For some reason, plenty of spammers have signed up lately.  They will be gone just like a baseball at the end of Edwin Encarnacion's bat.

Agreed.  If you add up all the costs (convention set, extra figures and vehicles, hotel, meals, travel by car (or flight), customs, exchange rate), I wouldn't be shock if you dropped close to $1500 to go.

Metal Head has been revealed.  Not bad.

As for going to the convention...I have no urge to go, considered how i was treated as a second class citizen the last time I went because I didn't register.  Also, mega phone needs to move it back to summer.
