How'd you mod it? Just take the seat out or is it more than that?

If it's simple as that, I might consider getting one, or two.
I guess all of the Sigma Six can't be overlooked as incompatible to 3 3/4" scale.

Well I kinda missed out on the GIJoe bandwagon, cuz I just got started a year or two ago, so I've been making due with the Sigma Six line, even though they are a different scale.

There are plenty of modding threads on the Joe sites for the new Vamp and Dragonhawk, but the Dune Runner really got the shaft.

I just cut out the seat's cushion, than glued the back support into the cockpit, so it still looks like a seat.

The side doors swivel up and down so I can get figs in and out easier.

The only problem is that you'll still have a hard time getting figures bigger than bombstrike or tunnel rat in there, But most ARAH figures should be fine though.  I dont mind though, I figure this vehicle is more for guys like Tunnel Rat than lets say a monster like Major Barrage.
