Both Hasbro Canada and the retailers would love the product to be on the shelf now.

It's all about order quantities and distribution out of the US.

bah just came back from the mall during my lunch.  The Wal*Mart shelves are all packed back neatly - lots and lots of gaps though, but none with a G.I. Joe tag on them.

Needless to say, no G.I. Joe product either.

Not sure why I keep going to check, but I think at this point I just want to see G.I. Joe product on the shelves!  Knowing my luck they will be put out tomorrow.

Clue number 1 if you want to know whether the international packs have shown up at your local Wal-Mart.....only the Wild Bill pack is left on the peg.  I left that pack on the peg last night.  And today, I stopped by another Wal-Mart in my area and found only a Wild Bill there.

Thanks "Stealth Viper".  This is the sort of simple communication with Hasbro that goes a long way with me.  I don't expect to know all their secrets or anything but it is nice to get confirmation on who will be selling what, and a rough idea of when.

I'm a little surprised that Wal~Mart hasn't picked up the Entertainment Battle Packs.  They seem to love the "value pack" format on everything.

I guess when Hasbro Canada says the Fall they REALLY mean the Fall.  The Wal*Marts around me have been bone dry this weekend, joe pegs have disappeared, and life generally sucks if you're a G.I. Joe collector in Canada

I found Bazooka and Hawk at one Walmart and Barbeque at another...  They're hard to find.  Seems like word is spreading around me...  after the last few waves, people are probably on the look out, just like me.

wow you guys are lucky - I've kept hitting my local wal*mart on and off (last visit this past Sunday) and still nothing...

Unbelievable when you think it's in a pretty big and popular mall. 

I could do with another Bazooka (and eventually build an army to rival Nova's balls!)

will try today at lunch but not keeping my hopes up...as usual :/

Well another disappointing trip - nothing cept a frakkin HISS tank and Air Chariot/Armodillo pack.  So I don't know why I did it but in frustration I bought another frakkin HISS tank lol.  Now I have 2 MIB Hiss tanks for trade people!!!

I've been visiting Walmart Daily...  I was able to get all but the Snow Viper, Eel and BAT.  I haven't even seen the Vehicles at Walmart, yet - and the only thing for GI Joe there is a lonely Wild Bill hanging on the peg.  I almost bought him out of pity, and would have, if I didn't already have two...


** Well, I lucked out after visiting another Walmart early this morning.  They must have re-stocked two fresh cases because there was a lot on the one peg they put aside for Joes.  I was able to get my BAT, Snow Serpent and Torpedo.  It's strange what I find at places and what I don't find at others...  this specific Walmart, while out of my way to get to, has always had one or two Joes that I was missing or at least a few left-over "army builder" figures.
