At this point, I could care less about the newsletter.  The American Thanksgiving has past by and no word about those convention Maulers being shipped by now.

Yeah, I noticed the Maulers are still listed as "preorders" in their club store. I have no idea what is going on with the MC club. They even have a holiday special where you can buy 3 MOTH sets and get the 4th free. That might get some army builder attention, except for the fact you can't pick and choose the sets you get. You would have to buy one of each meaning you would end up with doubles set 3 with the Joes in it (assuming you already own a set right now).

I called MC about a number of things this morning.  I asked about the Maulers and I was informed that they are no longer taking pre-orders because they are experiencing delays with the manufacturer.  I asked if there was any chance these would show up before Christmas and it sounded pretty doubtful.

I asked about the newsletter and it sounded as if the Canadian ones were shipped through Sweden   I hope it is not printed in Swedish.  I know enough to order a beer, but not enough to read it.

WTF? That is stupid. Besides, when I spoke to them last week they never mentioned this to me.

According to the posting sticker, it is from Sweden. WTF ?!?!
That explains why it take so freakin' long!

How come nobody on the Club's board can answer that simple question: why Sweden?

Can't they print it in the States?

How come they wont solve the online newsletter issue already?

Because for a place like Master Collector that Hasbro has placed so much faith in - and that you had to PAY to join, you would expect a little customer service and some respect for your money.
