Mine arrived in the mail today from GIJOEHQ.  In short, you have to get this set.  Even though Shadow Strike is the worst figure in my view (mostly because of the wide body construction), the others are real good figure repaints.

I kept the figures in the package as it makes for a cool dio set up. I only took out the DVD to watch. I won't spoil the DVD but you have to watch all of it.  It's worth it in the end, regardless if a certain aspect of the new storyline doesn't mesh with a death from the old comic books.  Good thing I don't care.

I just got my set today too and I have to agree with Pete, it's pretty cool and is a must for Joe ninja collectors.  I read the comic, it was alright. The neat part was they used the Black Dragon army from the 2003 con Operation Anaconda set in story.  The DVD ending was a nice surprise

Mine showed up at my work as the UPS driver who swings by my house also delivers to my work as I live 2 kms from work. So I had 5 people including my boss telling me to open the box and show them the goods.
It's a neat set but what's with the small hole inside the break apart beams? I was thinking something should go in there to make the beams stronger but I don't see what.

I got mine last week, and I'm really enjoying it. The comic was a fun little read, and the Dvd is a nice watch. I love the stand, although I had a pit of a problem the collapsible struture, it falls like crazy. I have alot of my ninjas on and around it in a fun dio fight.-it finally gave me more room, getting the ninjas a place.

I cut a couple of Q-tips and put them in the holes in the pillars it seems to hold better.
