Found the GI Joe Cycle Armour at Zellers today.  $22.99 plus tax.  They are also having a buy one and get 2nd toy of equal or less value for half price.  Happy hunting.

I found them at the Zellers at Cedabrae Mall on Wednesday.  They only put out 1 case out.  I bought both cycles for a friend in Maine so the Scouts may be still there.
