Wave 3 Comic Packs and Wave 6 Singles
« on: February 07, 2008, 09:09:35 AM »

According to cobraisland.com, Wave 3 comic packs have been sighted at retail.  Also, Wave 6 in reported as in hand for some auctions in eBay.

Now that we have Wave 5 in Canada, how long will it take to get Wave 6 in (if at all)?  How soon until we see Wave 2 of the comic packs?

Until I here from Hasbro Canada in a few months, I am not taking my chances in terms of waiting to see what other waves comes into Canada.  Hence, I already have been hooked up on the wave 2 comic packs.

Take a step back and look at this, folks.

We are seeing 25th Anniv. Joes at the 3 biggest toy retailers in Canada. Almost every one sells out as soon as they get them.

Hasbro Canada is scrambling to keep up with the demand. I think it's safe to say this won't be a one wave wonder, at least in regards to the single packs.

I am hoping the JoeCanuck Newsletter will have all of the info from Hasbro.
Monday, I don't know if I can wait until Monday.

As for the fact that the three major retailers are all stocking the Joe Figures and they are all sold out.  This is good news - not like in the past when we got one wave, and maybe a vehicle or two.

Virtually all the 25th stuff I have I obtained from eBay.  The fact that we are now seeing waves in Canada gives me hope.  And $12.99 for a comic pack is pretty fair.

Let's see what is said on Monday.

I wonder what will be said about the Doc figure (if anything).  The Captain Rex figure for this year's Star Wars offer states it is valid for Canadaa and the U.S., but not so for Doc.  Good thing I have a sister in the states.
