Neat custom animated movie CC figure (not mine)

I didn't post this in the custom forums since it's not mine, but I ran across this today and thought it was pretty cool.
It'd be neat to see a cleaner version of it, either done from a home made mold or mass produced instead of using clay.
 I feel like you could use the 25th anniversary Serpentor (the one with the air chariot) for the torso, and cobra commander's legs with a sculpted foot. I guess the head would have to be sculpted along with a shirt to go over the snake torso.
This makes me want to learn how to do all that stuff

Yes, this is very nice!
It's the type of thing I wish Hasbro actually made and packed with the '87 movie DVD as a bonus.
