I am interested in the two destros, but I don't realy want to pay $40.00 each for them.

They were on sale at Hasbro.com for about a day I think.  Now they have all been poached and put on ebay for insane prices.

let me know.

Hey all,

Anyone have a good resource/link for information about printing decels?  ???    I just got a USS Flagg and the main 99 label is an absolute mess.  Seems to me I recall a few people here doing their own.  Any ideas or help would be great  :)

check out gijoepit.com

they have some scans of sticker sheets, some of them with measurements i.e. length and width of the sheets of stickers, which is all you need to take it to a copy place.  Hand them the CD or memory card with it and tell them to print it out on gloss sticker sheets accuratly according to the labeled size.  Then just cut them out... you will probably be able to see where to cut from the original cuts on the scans.

all you need is a quality picture and dimensions and you can make anything a sticker.

on a side note, I don't think it would be a bad idea to collect and post a database of quality scanned sticker sheets with dimensions for the very purpose of people being able to go do that themselves.

Thoughts?

I spent six years in the army, and I would have to say Footloose.  However, if we are talking 1960's and 70's back in the olive drab days of vietnam, first line takes it.  Even the names of those Joes are reminiscent of the Vietnam war era.  The name Rock n Roll was a term that was used for the point man on patrol, that meant his rifle was set on full auto.  Breaker comes from "break" which means "clear the net" if there is radio traffic and you have something important to relay.  Grunt is Army slang for combat arms soldiers mostly infantry.  Then of course there is the infamouse "night stalkers" of the 160th SOAR (Delta Force), which I could see "Stalker" as.

That was way more info than any of you wanted im sure, sorry

what were we talking about again.........?

I was quoted at $9.95 for UPS Ground within the states for a M.O.T.H. set, and they couldn't give me a price for USPS parcell post(states only), but they were kind enough to tell me that I could continue the transaction and be billed later for an unknown postage amount whenever they figured it out.

The way I see it, if they want to make more money on this stuff... increase the prices on the items they are selling.  Don't try and pull a fast one on people by throwing absurd shipping rates at them at the very last second.  Thats how it gets you though.  Most people just grind their teeth and hit "checkout" after going through all the steps to get there.  Its not like you can just go get it somewhere else either.

I hope so.  I called today as my order says "NOT SHIPPED" in red - which can't be a good thing.  But the very rude American phone lady (unless their call centre is overseas) assured me that the order was sent to their warehouse.  I'll have faith when the order is sent FROM their warehouse.  ??? Maybe I'll call my credit card co and see if they took my money.  Once they take my cash I'm golden.  :)

My last order from Hasbro took a while, and I live in the states.  Most of the wait was my order sitting in the warehouse, waiting to go through their shipping order system.
