Your Death Star Playset has the foam inserts for the trash compactor, which is not something you see so often. But the canon's tip is broken off...probably because the tabs are broken?

Aside of that, the Landspeeder...has a broken engine cover?
the X-Wing...has a broken canopy hinge?
the cantina is missing its set of doors and the rubber band that is usually hard to find
the Darth Vader case....is missing the cardboard insert?

And man, that Droid Factory looks like the better piece of the lot. Can't say for sure that it's complete as I've never owned one, but if itsn't complete it sure is almost..is the tow arm broken?

The death star cannon tip is broken, the tabs on each of the grey levels are broken, the top has a crack on it, I think the cannon level is missing.
The landspeeder engine cover is broken.
Xwing is broken, with no landing gear
The droid factory is almost complete - just missing one wheel axle.
Some of the figs are complete.

Any rough ball park on worth?

If there's something I have to say about vintage Star Wars, it's that you can't give it an accurate value anymore, especially if it's loose. As the carded stuff is really what maintains a steady value.

But I'd say it's worth 700-900$ according to the books (the 2001 books that I have LOL!). If you piece this lot apart, you might be able to get back around that. If you sell it as a lot, there's a big chance, you might score way less, perhaps between 300-500$ depending on the weather....Ebay weather!

Your Droid Factory is perhaps the most interesting piece of the lot considering its great looking condition and its degree of completeness. And your Death Star playset has all the hardest to find pieces, and worth completing. Finding the rest shouldn't be a problem. Get informed on what these two alone are actually worth, my best possible recommendation before accepting someone's offer.
