Still haven't found these at retail but they do exist.
Sorry about the poor photography.

Where did you get them from?
-
That is the wave pictured on the back of the current (Wave 6) cards in store, so I figured that we must be getting them.
Zartan
Trakker
Eels
Scarlett
I will get. The rest not.
-
They've had this wave in at Herooes in London already. All that was left was an Eel.
-
I'll get Zartan first, a Scarlett to use as Glenda, and a Flint to use as a Cobra grunt.
-
I found a set at a Toronto Wal-Mart today. However, I only bought Flint (looks like the brown hair Cobra variant head) and the Eel as I have given up collecting MOC 25th international. I can thank Hasbro for that with the avalanche of American product in the past two months.
Agreed. The most recent wave with the Python Crimson guard I passed on. That's right, the whole wave I passed on, including a Dreadnok. Too much at once and the quality wasn't there.

I am still buying all the American carded singles but I could care less about the so called 25th international packaged ones released in Canada anymore. If I bought the full international wave 7 set today, that would have cost me around 54 CAN. I am already paying less than that for the American set. And for what? So I can have a second set and pay around $100 bucks a wave? That stupid mind set ended this week. I am either opening the Canadian carded ones I have or using the ones I don't want for presents or toy donations. But no more of the so called international ones.
I have no problem paying for a full wave. I rather keep my money in this country. But the cheaper US price with the full character art work leaves me no other alternative but to buy the ones the Americans get. Those are the ones I want in the end as I prefer to keep the single carded figures MOC. The international ones with the same boring generic artwork doesn't cut it.

I got a few of these with the small amount of cash I had taken to the States last week. I love the American cards. It feels so much like the ones we had as kids. Not sure why they can't do the same cards here (the front at least) and a bilingual backing.

As the saying goes in Quebec: "c'est la faute du federale"

Well, that or <>.

I managed to get a Bazooka Trooper, and would love to get my hands on a Matt Trakker.

Picked these up today. Almost walked out with 3 Eels, but resisted and kept it to 1.

My thoughts exactly. I have not purchased one Canadian card. all 20+ of my figs are from USA. Although I am thinking about picking up Cobra Flint and Zartan on CDN packaging, that way I could open them....

The only time I go with the American card now is if I want the filecard or a MOC figure. The Canadian ones have been just as easy to find and are pretty good for army building or filling up a shelf - but they'll never compare to the American Artwork. This wave will be a tough call... I passed on Wraith so far, from the past wave and I might be passing on a few more from this one, if it comes down to it.
