Classic Comic Collections: Chapters.
« on: June 28, 2009, 02:01:20 PM »

The anthologies of the 80's era comics are at Chapter's.  Right now, you get "buy three, get fourth free" on all books in the store, including Graphic Novels.

Picked up the GI Joe [s:2449q6dt]Best[/s:2449q6dt] Worst of Cobra Commander.  Waiting 'til after I scope out the deals at Fan Expo to get the rest, but it's a pretty good price, nevertheless.

The old GI Joe '80s comics in TPB Format.  I can't find pictures of them...  but they're the old Marvel run.

I saw all of the "Best (Worst) of" issues and Part 3 of the standard story run.

I never saw these in TPB form before...  so, this may be old news, to some.

General Hawk: Technically, G.I. Joe does not exist, but if it did, it\'d be comprised of the top men and women from the top military units in the world, the alpha dog\'s. When all else fails, we don\'t.

Ah, yeah.  Those are they.

I remember seeing #2...  don't remember 4.  The only reason I didn't pick them up was because I'm hoping for a sweet comic deal at Fan Expo.  Failing that, I'll be at Chapters the next day, buying them up.  I guess they've been out for a while, then.
