seriously how do you guys have so many figures without the broken crotches. I swear like 80% of my guys have lost their manhood. Clearly your toys need to be played with more. :)

Hey Sundance, how did you took the AF transfer to G.I. Joe when you were young? It was a good or a bad thing for you at that moment??

it was confusing when they switched from Action Force to GI Joe: The Action Force. the switch from the Pallitoy stuff pretty much passed me by because i lost interest in AF briefly after series 2 and barely remember series 3. (i basically just remember seeing the Pallitoy packed Skystriker and Hyena in a shop).

buut the switch in 1990 was confusing. Marvel UK was always telling us that 'GI Joe' was the American name for 'Action Force' and they were the same team - which was (of course true) reinforced in the comics with characters operating on either side of the Atlantic.

then they suddenly did this insert comic called 'Divided We Fall' that claims AF is a Euro outfit and the Joes a US outfit and that they'd been fighting Cobra seperately and not doing well and they were joining forces.

it maddened me. it was about then i realised that they were repacking the toys for the UK market (the Weapons Transport with it's Joe stickers I got from a mail in offer helped) and it really irked me. i was like 'WTF, why didn't you just sell it as GI Joe in the first place, you idiots?!'
