Have these already been out in retail....I saw them for the first time at Wal-mart in Ottawa - along with a few City Strike SE.

First for Walmart as TRUs had those figures a while back.

I saw these at TRU in London a couple months ago, I left them for someone who might have not found them yet (I overpaid to get them when they came out in USA).
