Saw this set today at Winners for $14.99 :

Not bad if you want to army build some Steel Brigade type figure into your Joe Vs Cobra line up.

Man I hate Winners. $14.99 at one place, $8.99 at another. Heck, I've seen the same item with two different prices at the same store. It's like the gave the price gun to monkey and set him loose on the store.

Don't feel bad Sears is the same way and they are suppose to be high end.

I also have issues finding anything in a winners - it is way worse than walmart.
Walmart looks like a bomb went off and compared to Winners, WalMart is neat and tidy!

I had it explained to me like this.

Wave 1 of that shipment is priced higher, since they paid more.
Wave 2 of that shipment is priced lower, because they paid less - thus, they charge less.

It makes "some" sense to me...... in crazy world. Why not just price them all at the higher price?
