I know most of you have this already for the suckers out there that have to have everything with a G.I. Joe sticker on it (like ME!) Shout! Factory is releasing the M.A.S.S. on DVD.

Yes, that is why I don't get it...? Like Storm.Shadow said, some people need to have everything with a GI Joe label on it. But, we already got this one with Kid RHINO, got it again in the DVD pack, will get it in the complete set, so I just don't see someone buying this one again...

Indeed it is.  I believe it's also part of of the Season 1.1 release coming in the next week or two.  I'm not sure it makes much sense from a business standpoint but for 10$ I'll buy it and then wonder what I was thinking after I get it! :)

Is it just going to be the epiusodes like the rhino one, or is their going to be something special about it? you know to make it worth the buy.

I can 100% confirm that it's included with the Season 1.1 set as I just finished watching that entire box set today.
